About the role
Applications are invited for Construction Civil Engineer opportunities based in Victoria, Seychelles. The successful candidate will support engineering design, delivery, cost, technical coordination and quality control on commercial or infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, quantities or technical requirements
- Prepare calculations, schedules, reports or coordinated drawings as required
- Monitor quality, progress and technical compliance
- Raise technical queries and document approved changes
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
- Maintain controlled project records and contribute to safe delivery
Requirements
- Relevant engineering, quantity surveying or technical qualification
- Practical project experience in the discipline
- Competence with appropriate CAD, analysis, estimating or project tools
- Understanding of technical standards and document control
- Professional registration is an advantage and may be required for senior roles
- Strong written reporting and stakeholder communication

Pay and benefits
- Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 2,900–5,900 depending on experience and final offer.
- Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
