About the role
Applications are invited for Garden Maintenance Worker opportunities based in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will support productive agricultural or grounds operations through safe, consistent crop, livestock or landscape work. Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily production, planting, feeding, cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Use tools and equipment safely and report defects
- Monitor crops, animals or grounds and report unusual conditions
- Follow biosecurity, hygiene, irrigation or handling procedures
- Record work completed and quantities where required
- Support harvesting, packing, grounds maintenance or routine facility work
Requirements
- Practical agriculture, livestock, horticulture or grounds experience is an advantage
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks safely
- Willingness to follow biosecurity and workplace safety rules
- Reliable attendance during early, seasonal or rotating shifts
- Basic record-keeping and communication ability
- Role-specific equipment experience is an advantage

Pay and benefits
- Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 1,025–1,675 depending on experience and final offer.
- Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
