About the role

Applications are invited for Home Care Assistant opportunities based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide respectful day-to-day care, mobility, personal-support and wellbeing assistance while following the care plan and safeguarding requirements. This listing has approximately 14 openings, with final placement subject to interview, document verification and the employer’s written offer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing and daily routines according to the care plan
• Support safe mobility, transfers and positioning using approved techniques
• Prepare or assist with meals, hydration and routine household tasks
• Observe changes in wellbeing and report concerns promptly
• Provide companionship and respectful emotional support
• Maintain accurate care notes and protect client confidentiality

Requirements

• Caregiving, healthcare-support or childcare experience relevant to the position
• Patient, respectful and calm approach to personal care
• Ability to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Basic first aid/CPR is an advantage and may be required before deployment
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends or live-in arrangements where stated
• References or training certificates should be available for verification

Pay and benefits

• Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 1,025–1,675 depending on experience and final offer.
