About the role
Applications are invited for Manufacturing Operator opportunities based in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will support safe and efficient production while meeting output, quality, hygiene and equipment standards. Key responsibilities
- Prepare the production station and materials before the shift
- Operate or support machinery according to approved instructions
- Inspect products for defects and record quality results
- Maintain housekeeping and production hygiene
- Report equipment faults, stoppages and unsafe conditions
- Meet reasonable production targets without bypassing quality controls
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently
- Basic quality inspection and numeracy skills
- Machine experience or technical training for operator roles
- Ability to stand/work shifts and perform repetitive tasks safely
- Strong reliability and attendance record

Pay and benefits
- Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 950–1,600 depending on experience and final offer.
- Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
