About the role

Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing and daily routines according to the care plan
- Support safe mobility, transfers and positioning using approved techniques
- Prepare or assist with meals, hydration and routine household tasks
- Observe changes in wellbeing and report concerns promptly
- Provide companionship and respectful emotional support
- Maintain accurate care notes and protect client confidentiality
Requirements
- Caregiving, healthcare-support or childcare experience relevant to the position
- Patient, respectful and calm approach to personal care
- Ability to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Basic first aid/CPR is an advantage and may be required before deployment
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends or live-in arrangements where stated
- References or training certificates should be available for verification

Pay and benefits
- Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 1,100–1,750 depending on experience and final offer.
- Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
