About the role
Applications are invited for Structural Welder opportunities based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will carry out trade or construction work to approved drawings, quality standards and site-safety requirements. This listing has approximately 29 openings, with final placement subject to interview, document verification and the employer’s written offer.
Key responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings or measurements relevant to the trade
- Prepare materials, tools and work areas safely
- Complete installations, fabrication or finishing to specification
- Inspect completed work and correct defects promptly
- Use PPE and comply with site permit/safety procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to avoid clashes and delays
Requirements
- Demonstrable trade or construction experience relevant to the position
- Ability to use standard tools and measuring equipment safely
- Understanding of quality tolerances and site safety
- Trade certificate is preferred for skilled roles and may be required by the employer
- Ability to work at project pace while maintaining workmanship
- References or practical trade assessment may be requested

Pay and benefits
- Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 1,475–2,675 depending on experience and final offer.
- Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
