About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the work area and required equipment before service
• Deliver accurate, courteous and timely guest service
• Follow food-safety, allergen, hygiene and cleaning procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and supervisory teams
• Handle orders, stock, payments or preparation tasks appropriate to the role
• Report service issues and help resolve guest concerns professionally

Requirements

• Hospitality or food-service experience relevant to the role is preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
• Understanding of hygiene and food-safety basics
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
• Role-specific culinary or barista certification is an advantage where applicable

Pay and benefits

• Competitive monthly pay of approximately USD 1,100–1,750 depending on experience and final offer.
• Employer-supported work-permit/visa coordination for selected candidates, subject to destination requirements.
