At TravBrew, customer satisfaction matters — but as a dropshipping-based store, we operate differently from traditional retailers.
We work directly with trusted global suppliers to deliver your order.
Because of this, our return and refund policy is structured to protect both you and our fulfillment process.

2. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact admin@travbrew.com as soon as possible.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (clear photos or video).
After verification, we will coordinate with our supplier to issue a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind” after the item has shipped
- Delays in shipping or customs processing
- Items damaged by improper use or handling
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in product color, finish, or packaging
Our products are shipped directly from partner warehouses, so returns must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Process
If your request qualifies:
- Email admin@travbrew.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos or video.
- Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions (if applicable) or issue a refund/replacement.
⚠️ Do not return items directly to the sender address listed on the package — this is typically the supplier’s fulfillment center, and returns sent there cannot be processed.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then notify us.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective or wrong.
- We do not reimburse original shipping fees once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
8. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time for the refund to appear.

9. Supplier Fulfillment Disclaimer
Because TravBrew operates as a dropshipping retailer, all products are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party suppliers.
TravBrew does not manufacture or inspect products directly.
While we ensure our suppliers meet quality standards, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all shipments.
